WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding legal holidays. Euphoria's makes every effort to ship your order within 24 hours of receiving it. We utilize different shipping carriers to provide you the best possible service. Our suppliers are all over the world and some items are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Because of this shipping may vary depending on the product and vendor whom fulfills it.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes we do, we can ship anywhere in the world that FedEx, UPS, and USPS. We also have select shipping services based on the country of origin for the order.
DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?
Our shipping cut-off time for expedited orders is 2:00 pm PST. Most of our orders ship with the 1 to 2 days after it has been ordered. Some orders may take an additional 2-3 business days because of part availability, and may take up to 3-4 business days in transit. If product is out of stock, orders may take up to 2-4 weeks to ship. Euphoria's will notify buyer if this situation occurs.
CAN I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
There are many things Euphoria's does to keep you informed with your shipment:
1) When first purchased, we send you an order confirmation email detailing the items ordered.
2) Once the item(s) ship, we will send you another email showing the carrier and tracking number. Please note: some items may be shipped in multiple packages.
HOW MUCH DO YOU NORMALLY CHARGE FOR SHIPPING?
The price will vary. It depends on several factors: ship to location, delivery method, and product. For international shipments, import duties and taxes will apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
IF I MADE A MISTAKE IN THE ORDERING PROCESS CAN I CHANGE IT?
